For International Release: We are proud to announce a Hexx 9 Record Release: "Ritual", an LP Album featuring various artists, released 9/19/2015 This record is an occult odyssey into the world of darkwave music & ritual magick featuring witch house, witchwave, voudon & electronic trance, industrial ambient & darktech film musics, coming from subversive and underground genres of music. An ambitious project, "Ritual" features 135 minutes of music from 11 artists: Bedian,
mediacVlt, Dina, Gangster Geisha, VOIID, Abu AMA, Aster Ton Pente, ẁɨ†ʕħ ŝȺɲʮa, Greg Monok, Go As DeatH, & Blvcksun Temple.

For this 19 track compilation we have sought out new and unreleased gems from some of our favorite artists, all of whom continue to shape the direction of the Hexx 9 Label. Together they represent different labels, scenes and genres from the international dark community that are important to us, and create with these tracks - a dark ritual space.

The Compilation begins with VOIID stark rhythmic call to ritual, "Intrex", a darkwave ambient artist/producer with 3 contributions to this extended album. Dina's haunting and elegant dark electronic soundscapes are offered here next, and lend to the unfolding mystery of this release. Next is Abu AMA, whose ancient vodoun and middle eastern rhythms and electronic instrumentation are trance inducing as only the best musics from the Bedouin and new electronic culture could be. This gives way to Bedian's dark trancemusic, "Enter the Ritual", the first of 2 offerings here, along with Greg MonoK's darkly futuristic tracks, much reminiscent of the blade runner soundtrack, inform the ritual space of unseen underworld machinations. Gangster Geisha, a new music group offers it's first international exposure here "Chiang-shih", Japanese witch house at it's best and most imaginative.. "Go as DeatH" and "Witch Sanya" are again decidedly witch house, with dark ambiance and dense synthesizer work, probably some the best of the genre.. mediacvlt makes an impressive appearance with "Nostromo 2.2", a dark space odysey: filmic, foreboding and tense. "Aster Ton Pente", a modern witch project from the US offers "Watchtower- Nights of Selem", incantations from the Babylonian Cylinders as a trance invocation. The collection ends with dark ambient/industrial VOIID tracks and then an incantation to Aldebaran from Blvcksun Temple. All told, this record is perfect for nefarious activities and your own dark ritual space.
